The project involved the renovation and modernization of critical healthcare spaces, including the First Floor Administration Offices and the Fifth Floor Radiology and Women’s Health Clinic, supporting improved patient care, operational efficiency, and healthcare accessibility for the surrounding community.

The scope of work included temporary phasing operations, temporary utility coordination, hazardous materials abatement, demolition of existing interior spaces, and the installation of new architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
